Brougham Road U.M Church |
| The church was built in 1876 and an organ by Bishop & Son installed
soon after. The church was damaged in the war and closed in 1947. The organ
was offered to Purbrook Methodist church but declined. It was a two manualled instrument with 12 stops (5 Swell, 5 Great, 2 Pedal and 5 couplers) Former organist: Mr E Seager who served for over 40 years. |
